I am devastated. My car stays in my garage and the leather seats are covered so they stay nice. Whatever the detail guy used to clean them has ruined them. They are all streaky now and it’s soooo aweful! I’m praying a repair company can fix what this company has done. The guy they sent to do my car clearly had no idea what he was doing. I used this company last year and has a great experience but after this, never again. :(

Car looks like new! I took it to their location in Fort Worth and they called me when it was ready. They let me inspect and call out any missed spots before paying. I pointed out a couple of things and they got them while I completed inspecting the rest of the car. This was the first time detailing my car in 7 years and it looks almost like the day I got it, great job.

I would not ride in my daughter's car. It was absolutely disgusting. Smoke smell, filthy seats and floors. I honestly thought it would be a lost cause trying to make this car into something I would ride in without feeling like I had to go home and take a shower! My Detail Guys absolutely transformed this car!! They gave me specific instructions on how to prepare to get rid of the smoke smell and the final result was PERFECT ... inside and out! Kind of disappointed in this service. The car is better than it was, but for the price I expected a really great cleaning inside the car. The inside door handle pulls are still dirty and around the middle console had to have additional cleaning by me. I will not use this business again. I took photos to substanciate. They did do a good job on the carpet and seats.

Overall the car looks great. However floor mats were just thrown in a bundle in the trunk space (not reinstalled), windshield is streaked very bad (I have to re-clean it), and whatever was used to wipe the instrument and infotainment cluster was dirty (all streaked so I had to re-clean). Not sure it was a $200 cleaning, nor would I do it again.

I took my C300 Cabriolet to the Lancaster Ave. location (I could have opted for the "at home" detail but they are pretty conveniently located) and had a full Basic Interior/Exterior Detail done on short notice. The car was fresh from a 4 day "visit" at a repair facility so it needed to be spruced up to be in "like new" condition again. They steamed my carpets (which I am always hesitant to have done) and they look amazing. Leather was all fully conditioned and the exterior was given a beautiful hand wash and thorough drying. All in all this was another excellent experience with the My Detail Guys crew. I highly recommend that you treat your favorite car to at least an annual Detail just to bring it back to its best looking self again. These guys are great, reasonably priced, and 100% professional. Give them a try.

This is my second time to use My Detail Guys. Same results as last time. Only 4 stars. Had them detail my boat and there are several stainless latches nd hinges that had water spots on them. My board racks still had bugs on them. Also, I gave specific instructions to reinstall the cover once done, and the cover was not put back on.

My car was dirty dirty. Stains from top to bottom.. I have two kids, but that is no excuse for how my car looked and smelled. I apologized when I dropped it off, and the man said "I don't know it looks now, but I know how it will look!" And he was correct. You can tell the car was scrubbed viciously. He was still scrubbing the roof when I returned to pick it up. There was a lot of detail and care put into my car.

A Multifaceted Experience
So, from someone whose entire career was centered mostly around Outside Sales, it has long been my opinion that the true measure of any organization isn't how well they perform everyday tasks but how well those events are performed with the dreaded inclusion of a major (or minor) disruption to the norm. I experienced this recently with the personnel @ My Guys Detail when I took my wife's 2008 Volvo C30 in for a top to bottom detail. They had her car for the better part of the day and when we returned to pick up the car it was absolutely NEW. The carpet was shampooed, seats were spot cleaned, mats were deep cleaned, etc., etc. The exterior of the car was the best it has been since we purchased the car, several years before. The engine compartment (which had never been cleaned due to a longstanding episode we had with a Lexus engine detail at another shop) was perfect ... hoses, reservoirs, and painted surfaces all looked amazing. The guys were all excited about how good the car looked (especially considering its 120,000 miles) and complementary regarding my wife's obvious excessive routine maintenance of the vehicle. We thanked everyone, paid them and left very happy.
When my wife arrived at home she noted that along the way the engine was "hesitant" on occasion and the terror inducing "Check Engine" light had come on just before she arrived home. It was too late to return to the shop so we parked it in the garage for the night. I went out later that evening and started the engine - it ran smoothly but the light was still on. The next morning we called the detail shop to explain the issue and they ask us to bring the car in and they would have a technician check it out. Within an hour the owner of the company called my wife to update her and ensure that the issue(s) would be found and repaired at no cost to us. Long story short, it took a full day but the problem was found - moisture had gotten into one of the fuel injectors - and a new component was purchased at the Volvo dealership. Now, to add the icing to the cake, we were called the second day and advised that the starter was going out also (I had suspected a battery issue) and that they would replace that as well if I paid for the part, which I did. The second day we picked up the car again and it started and drove perfectly. No "Check Engine", no hesitation. I was given the invoice for the Starter I purchased (at a fair price) and shown the faulty injector as well. Everything was explained in detail.
It doesn't get any more fair than this transaction was. Yes, we were without the car for 2 1/2 days but ultimately they saved me the cost of labor on replacing the starter, re-cleaned the car after the repairs were done, and still were extremely polite and very professional. Thanks to all of you who did amazing work without any pressure required. Thanks also to the owner - you kept us in the loop and have a crew you can be proud of.
I immediately returned a couple days later to have my SUV fully detailed - looks fantastic. This company deserves your business when you are ready. Mobile service is available as well. Give them a shot - you won't regret it.

I totally forgot to get the guys name but a huge shout out to the guy that did my car! Got all the stains out of the seat, scratch marks (or what I thought were scratches) out of the windows, and cleaned off all the bugs that accumulated on my drive to Texas from California. My car literally looks brand new! And they did my car seat too! 10/10 would definitely recommend and will certainly come back when my car needs it again.

Good Job but Stole Money
Make sure to take EVERYTHING out of your car before having it detailed. $100 was stolen out of the car because we accidentally forgot to take it out (it was in a compartment that doesn't get used often). There's obviously nothing that can be done about this but it still put quite the damper on the birthday gift of a car detail. We immediately called the company and they said they would call the people that cleaned the car and get back to us and they never called us back.

Car interior is fresh and clean again, that's saying a lot for an eleven year old car. The service came to me and it took 1.5 hours. Mats were shampooed and vacuumed. Inside windows sparkled. Almost all of the stains from eating chocolate covered almonds were gone. First time I used My Detail Guys was to remove resin from parking underneath the trees. I will continue to use this service and recommend highly.

Online vs quote price??
I have a 1988 Addictor Bambino. The boat is literally 9.5 feet long. online the prices state 25.00 per foot for cutting and buffing. The boat is in need of a professional paint restore not just wax. Once I got there I was quoted 1200.00!!! This is more than 120.00 a foot. But only 600.00 if I removed the cleats navigation lights, speaker tower and windshield myself…. A grand total of 48 screws!!! it took me an hour and 10 minutes to take it all off and bag it and label it! I also took it else where and got it done for 250.00 and it came out Amazing!!! Couldn’t be happier! I’m sad that My Detail Guys seemed to purposely quote a price no one would pay. 1200.00?? For a mini boat less than 10 feet long? 600.00 for just over an hour of labor to remove 48 screws? I have brought 3 cars here in the last few years but today was my last trip
there. Not sure what the disconnect was but to quote 5 times the price listed on your website was just what I needed to find a new Detailer.

I brought my sons car up to My Detail Guys because his car was absolutely destroyed with years of abuse. I thought there was no way to this car clean again. I was wrong! The car looks amazing! The seats and carpets look brand new! Even the hard to clean air conditioning vents are clean! Amazing work and highly recommend. Worth every penny.

Camaro looked good but paint not as sharp as I had hoped. 2nd car was ready 2 hours later and my nephew didn’t check it over much. Brought home and the engine had never been washed or dressed. Rear of car never vacuumed, and carpets never shampooed. Only the mats were wet and had been cleaned. Poured water on paint and no bubbling because no wax. Called company and they admitted they never did interior (other than wipe down) and engine. When asked why it wasn’t buffed, I was told, “We don’t buff for $220! That is our $280 package.”. WTF? I spent 4 hours dropping off the first car, returning home; picking up the first car and dropping off the second and returning home again; then going back a 3rd time and picking up the 2nd car and returning home for the 3rd time. 2015 was the last great year on Angies List (see their website). Now I know why it was the last year for a reward.

I can't quite give a 5 star as I noticed some residue (from cleaning agents) on the dashboard display and additional information display. It required just a wipe down with a soft cloth to remove. Nasty cleanup done perfectly
Who knew an overlooked gallon of milk could explode on a hot day? Well, it can. There were a thousand nasty little blobs of dried-up milk all over the backseat (leather of course), headliner, door panels, etc.
My regular full-service car wash tried, but only got about half of it. My Detail Guys came out today with the know-how, the professional equipment and some special enzymes and now the car looks like new. They even brought a chlorine dioxide bomb to disinfect everything for good.
Bottom line - an expensive lesson in not being a bonehead and leaving milk in the car, but SO worth it for the excellent work they did. Thanks!

Sindee came through and made my wife's Black 2021 Blazer look like a fresh painting! Great attention to detail and was able to get out some imperfections that the dealer didn't catch. 4 hours later, and it still looks wet. Highly recommend.

My usual detailer moved and so I tried My Detail Guys. The website states” clean” the roof. After detailing the roof was still very dirty. They returned and rinsed again. Slightly better but not clean. I cleaned roof then cleaned sides. Never had this issue in past. The add needs to be changed from clean the roof. They don’t clean it.

These guys came ahead of schedule and called me before hand to verify if it was convenient for them to arrive ahead of time, which was perfect for me! When they arrived, they explained what they were able to do and explained what they "may not" be able to do when it came to the bird dropping stains on my car. They were very thorough and wanted to make sure that I understood, which I did. They did a WONDERFUL job with my paint job and in the end they were able to take off ALL the hard stains, sap stains and bird dropping stains that my 2017 Chevrolet Camaro had sustained. They were only responsible to take care of the "coat" but when they were done they did a FANTASTIC job with the paint job (looks like New) AND they took the time to detail my tires and rims as well. My car looks BRAND NEW and is shiny as could be!!! I HIGHLY recommend these guys!!

My technicians well within the window given me. They were both polite and knowledgeable. They had already heard the story that a cola had spilled all over my backseat and quickly accessed the damage. They noted splashes in the front seat from where I grabbed the cup to get it out of the back. When finished, there was no remaining soda residual and my car was sparkling inside and out! These gentlemen clearly buckled down to get the job done. They were finished in a little under 2 hours AND my car was spotless. They clearly knew what they were doing!

Since I have time, I will leave a thoughtful review on this process. The guys did a pretty good job with the detail! They really went beyond the call the duty to get my car clean and looking good. It was only one minor detail I noticed later on the driver side front seat but that's minor in the big scheme of things. Overall, the guys was amazing. I hope some of the people at my workplace take advantage of the flyers that yall passed out. One security at the door asked me, "how they do?" I told them that the service was exceptional and offered him to take a look. Now for Sindee. Usually I let stuff like this go but unfortunately, I have free time today. My only problem with sindee is that she literally put the wrong time in the email. Granted she put two different times in the same email, I only read the first time and took that one. I was driving at the time and didn't really read the whole email to notice that there was two times. So that caused a mishaps in missing my appointment. So I called very nicely to asked about it. She made it seem like it was my fault that SHE PUT IN THE WRONG TIME IN THE EMAIL??? Not only that. She swiftly told me well there was two reminders and went on like that was the end of discussion. No sindee. Answer me this, how can you say at one point the time doesn't really matter when I was going to bring my car in. Meaning telling me well the appointment going to say one day and time but we going to bring it in at this day and time. I figure you was doing the same for the appointment. Since it was suppose to be in shop but I couldn't take off, you was just putting in a time on that day and was going to do what was discuss which was 4 pm today? I don't know maybe she need typing lessons or something. The four is under the seven FYI. And I never ever said in our email discussion that I was off all day those days. I said I was free all day on these days. There's a difference sindee. I shouldn't have to tell a grown woman a difference in the two. :) But anyway besides that, the detail was awesome. Thank you again. :)

I came in with a large stain on my passenger seat and a group of stains on my back seat. My Detail Guys were able to get them out and made the interior look brand new! They did an awesome job. I took my vehicle in for the Deluxe Detail. It took about 2 hours, but the waiting area is nice and they offered soda, water, and other snacks. The result was fantastic, and my car looks good as new. After My Detail Guys was finished with it, you would have never known I was a dog owner (the back seats were covered in dog hair)! My Detail Guys have done a pretty good job removing paint overspray from 20 cars that were in our employee parking area. They are still at it doing 3 or 4 cars a day. There are a couple difficult cars they were not able to address on-site and will need to go into their shop for special treatment or a body shop altogether, but all in all the owners have been mostly satisfied.

The outside of the boat looked nice, but the inside wasn’t great. For $300, we expected that they would spend more than 2 hours working on the boat and ensure that all bugs were removed from the interior. We were wrong. Won’t be using these folks again.

Car was not completely dry, info screen was not wiped down, and they lack some attention to detail. The best part abut this service is the convenience of the service coming to you. But still a bit pricey for what you get.

I bought a used BMW 428i Xdrive convertible. It was beautiful but I knew it was not living up to its potential. The paint had swirls and small scratches and the chrome looked like it had water spots. I took it to My Detail Guys and had it detailed inside and a Level 2 paint correction done to the outside. The car looks better than new. The paint looks amazing and the chrome shines like new. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Happy 1st time Client!
We took our Acura to My Detail Guys after a local Acura dealership touched up a few scratches and left overspray all over the vehicle and couldn't figure out how to make it right. I found My Detail Guys on Yelp and after reading their reviews and visiting with the owner in person we decided to take our vehicle to them for the needed repairs.
When I picked up my vehicle I was very impressed. My car was smooth as glass and looked fantasitic. They removed the overspray on the entire vehicle and did a color correction to remove the buff swirls that the Acura dealership had left in my paint. I couldn't believe that they fixed it in just a few hours after the dealership had my car for over a week!
This shop is about 45 minutes from our house but we will take all of our vehicles here from now on for any kind of detailing and paint restoration work. Thank you!

Sebastian is a nice guy and that is why I gave 2 stars. Other then that the service is unimpressive compared to other detail services I have had for the same money. Had to point out many missed areas and saw even more later after getting in to drive like dirty side mirrors, most of the door jams not touched, back seat pocket still had crumbs in it that vacuumed right, etc.

I was very surprised at how clean the car was made. The stains in the back seat had been there since I bought the car from the dealer two years ago and I assumed they couldn’t be removed because why wouldn’t the dealership but a couple hundred bucks of effort into a car they were going to sell for thousands. Looks a little bad on the dealer but you all were able to restore it to a condition BETTER than when I purchased it. That and the service is very convenient. Everyone was very professional. Even the notes I left in the reservation were paid attention to which it is surprising that most people don’t read them, but you all did and got everything taken care of! Again, I had to go over several spots on the body and almost all of the chrome and wheels to get smugges off where they rushed. Out of 5 stars I woukd give them three for the inside and outside. I had to go over the glass to remove smugges. The carpet and interior was just ok. Not what I would expect for the price. I could have hone to Mustang Car Wash and got just as good of a wash, wax, detail and shampoo for half the orice I paid for this. Three stars

I was in need of an annual detail for my 2017 Chevy Silverado. After looking at reviews of car detail places throughout the greater Fort Worth (and DFW) area, I came across MyDetailGuys reviews and website. After reviewing their site and after reading the reviews left on various places (Google Reviews, Yelp, etc) I decided to book an appointment to have my truck detailed.
Not only did they send a reminder to me, via email and text, prior to my appointment (I chose the mobile detailing service & "Delux" detail package), but they also called when they were on their way and right before they arrived.
Both retailers were very professional, went over every service that was included in the package and made sure all of my questions were answered.
While I was quoted at two hours, my truck was finished in under an hour!
The excellent work performed on both the exterior and interior was amazing! You could tell that they paid attention to the little details, including in areas only seen by the driver! Additionally, as I was looking over the car during a final inspection before signing off on the job, they made sure to walk around the truck with me for any final inspection and touch up on spots I may have seen (there were no spots!).
10/10 would recommend and I will even be telling my local office where I work to have them as an option for coworkers to use, to have their car cleaned, with the mobile service.

I made an appointment for a mobile detail at 7:45am. The detailer called at 7:30 and said he would not be there until 8:00. He then called at 8:15 and said he would not be there until 9:00 because it was raining. When I called the main office I was told that the detailer was running late because it was raining. Apparently it is acceptable practice to show up to an appointment late when it is raining. When I complained about the service she said all she could do was cancel my appointment if I wanted to. Very disappointing.

I purchased the Supreme Detail which was the most expensive package ($309) that included the highest level of detail as a gift to my husband for his birthday. I made the reservation online (2+ weeks in advance) which was very convenient, the website was easy to navigate and was very informative. We live in Denton County so I had to pay a little more because we’re a good distance from their shop in Ft Worth. I was just excited to see that they serviced our area. When making the reservation you have the option of choosing a specific detailer or opting out of choosing one and they will just send whoever is available (some detailers were greyed out which I assumed meant those detailers weren’t available during the date/time I was requesting). After researching the various detailers they have, I chose Raymond North as our detailer. My husband was very excited about his gift and was looking forward to getting his 2015 Toyota Tundra Crew Cab detailed.
My husband made sure to clean the entire truck out, door pockets, glove box, center console, all seat pockets etc. We wanted to make sure the detailer had very little getting in his way while he worked. Our appointment time was 10am on Saturday morning, the first appointment of the day according to what was shown online. My husband usually goes into work for a few hours on Saturday mornings but he made sure to clear his calendar that morning and figured he’d go into work in the afternoon once the detail was complete. Needless to say, he didn’t have time to go in to work at all that day.
At 10:10am I missed a call from Antonio, the detailer that got assigned to our job. I called him back at 10:16am and he informed me he was 1 hour and 20 minutes away. I mentioned our appointment was scheduled for 10am and he said he was running behind due to being held up at an earlier job. He immediately asked if I wanted to reschedule, which I said no. I also mentioned that I had scheduled the appointment with Raymond and asked if the two of them were coming together. Antonio said that Raymond didn’t show up so he was coming in his place by himself. At 10:22am I got a call from Cindy who I’m guessing works in the office. She too wanted to let me know that Antonio was on his way. When I mentioned to her that our appointment time was 10am her response was that he had a previous appointment that ran over and that happens sometimes. She also said that the detailers rotate weekends so you basically get whoever is working that weekend (if that’s the case then why is there an option to choose specific detailers for your job?). She wasn’t very sympathetic to the fact that we were not getting the detailer we requested much less the fact that the estimated arrival time was now 11:40am, almost 2 hours after our scheduled appointment time.
We waited around for Antonio to show up. At 11:45am I heard what sounded like a generator running and I looked out a window to our driveway and saw Antonio spraying/rinsing my husband’s truck off. He did not even knock on the door to let us know he had arrived. And this is after being almost 2 hours late! I assumed that he would let us know when he arrived, and that the detailer would inspect the entire truck with my husband before starting any work to assess any existing damage (for their liability sake), discuss any areas my husband really wanted him to work on (for instance he had some exterior scratches that he was hoping could get worked on/buffed out), and give the detailer an opportunity to talk about what he was going to do exactly. Unfortunately, we weren’t given this chance since he showed up unannounced and began working with no knowledge to us.
My husband went outside and introduced himself to Antonio, trying to remain positive and not make a big deal out of the less than satisfactory service we had received thus far. My husband feared that if he or I had mentioned our frustration/disappointment that it could impact the quality of work we received.
Toward the end of the detail, around 2:30pm, we went outside to take a look at the truck. I noticed and pointed out several areas that were overlooked and hadn’t even been touched. All 4 of the interior door handle pockets, under the rear seats and center console had not been vacuumed and/or wiped out at all. The rims (which are a significant part of the truck) had a white residue on them and didn’t look clean at all. I ran my finger across one of the rims and my finger was black, not what I consider clean. I pointed out the interior areas that he had missed and he got the vacuum back out to go over the areas he’d missed. He mentioned that there are usually 2 detailers on each job, one that focuses on the interior and one for the exterior. I think he was trying to convey that he usually focuses on the exterior, not the interior, and that’s why he missed those interior areas? I had to ask him twice to vacuum out the center console, both times he let me know they’re not supposed to go in to console area because many people have their fire arms in there. I told him both times that the console was completely empty so he could access it. As he vacuumed I asked to borrow his rag and I wiped down door jambs that weren’t entirely clean as well as water spots of the front bumper/grill. He was very good about following me around the exterior of the truck and spraying/wiping the water spots off the chrome and some sort of film and/or wax residue that was left on the bumper. When I mentioned the rims looked dirty and had a white film on them he said he wasn’t able to get them any cleaner. He said the dirt kept resurfacing no matter how many times he sprayed and wiped them down. He mentioned he was going to call his friend and find out if he could use some sort of acid based product on them. Not sure if he made that phone call or not but unfortunately the rims didn’t get any additional attention. I expect a professional detailing company to have commercial grade products that can get rims cleaner than the $20 car wash can. This was a huge disappointment. I asked to see under the hood and I was very pleased with how clean it looked, that area was very well done.
Antonio mentioned many times that this was a “work truck” which I felt was his way of justifying why certain areas weren’t as clean as they should have been. My husband does use his truck for both leisure and work (he is in construction) but his position is in Management, he is not a laborer. He doesn’t load and unload materials and/or tools around, nor does he get filthy dirty throughout the day which would easily transfer to the interior of his truck. I didn’t feel like that was a valid excuse for the multiple oversights and the rims not getting clean.
While I was with Antonio, Cindy from the office called him to finalize the bill with my husband. She apologized for the late arrival and gave us $20 off our bill. She said they didn’t realize we lived 55 miles from their shop and that it would take as long as it did to get to our house. The distance to our home is not an acceptable excuse for being 1 hour and 40 minutes late. In a business that offers mobile detailing, I would expect them to be better at anticipating drive times.
There are so many reasons we’re unsatisfied with our experience. Our detailer was 1 hour and 40 minutes late. We didn’t get the detailer we requested. No one called us until AFTER our scheduled appointment time to notify us they were going to be late. If I know I’m going to be late for an appointment, I call ahead of time, not after the fact. When Cindy did call me, I didn’t receive much of an apology which was even more upsetting. What happened to customer service? A sincere apology can go a long way and in my opinion that was a perfect opportunity for her to try and make the situation right. When Antonio did finally arrive he did not notify us, he just began washing the truck (when you’re almost 2 hours late you should definitely let your arrival be known, right?!). Completely unacceptable in my opinion. Antonio was putting all of his equipment away and preparing to leave until I pointed out areas that were completely missed on the interior of the truck. And the rims that didn’t get cleaned, how does that even happen with a professional detailer?
I have photos that speak for themselves. This is not what I expect after paying $300 for a professional detail job. We will not be recommending this company, terribly disappointed in the customer service and the quality of work.

Yesterday our cars were detailed by My Detail Guys. The appointment was set for 10am. The My Detail Guys showed up to do the work at just before 11. Overall the work was done and the cars look great. I have two suggestions: If a call on my phone is from a number that I don't recognize I do not answer that call. Thus I did not answer a call from the My Detail Guys driver that he was going to be late. Please text or email me if you are going to be late. Second please examine closely the windshield glass for streaking prior to completing your work.

Sabastian is always who I ask for to have my boat cleaned. He is a very pleasant young man. He always does a good job and I'm known as a picky customer. He is happy to do a walk through with you. A friend had had a little bit too much to drink one weekend and had urinated in my back seat while i was taking them home. First the good well the great really. My techs were on-time, hardworking, and pleasant to deal with. They certainly took their time in cleaning my dash, my windows, my seats, and even under my seats; who knows what they found under there. My paint hasn't looked this good since I bought the car, and even my tires look brand new. These guys even removed tape residue from a rear window which was leftover from a power window motor repair, and one would never know I have three dogs in and out of my car. All of the vents were cleaned beautifully as were my floor mats, and previously coffee stained cup holders. Second, the mediocre; I had to redo the interior of my windshield to remove all the streaks left behind and obstructing my view when driving into the sun. Third; I have to list the not so good; I wish I would have noticed these things before the techs left, so I take some responsibility as well. Things were missed completely during the interior detailing of me car. The first is the shelf, for lack of a better term, between the top of the rear seats and the rear window; the shelf was not vacuumed, at all. In fact, there were still dead bugs decomposing after the detail guys left. The second missed item is the rear window itself, it appears the interior of the rear window was not cleaned. Finally, the Ultimate – Full Detail Package, for which I paid a reasonable $140 (plus a generous tip), lists amongst the details, “Shampoo Trunk Area”, unfortunately this was also not done. My trunk was not even vacuumed never mind shampooed. I had my husband review the car with me right after the guys left; we both agree the things they did, they did superbly but, the things they missed stick out like a sore thumb and were services paid for, but not rendered. Overall, I would still recommend My Detail Guys; next time though, I will inspect my car before I let them leave.

Everything was great from start to finish. Got an appointment on a Saturday. Sebastian and Matt called before they arrived. Once there, they worked for over 2 hours on my 4-door sedan. Everything, and I mean everything looks great - inside and out. I have black carpeting and I white dog. It's really difficult to dog hair out of the carpet, but they did it. The interior is spotless and the wash and wax on the outside looks great. My 2013 car looks brand new. In addition, I have 2 sets of full mats - carpeted and industrial - they cleaned all of them. They cleaned, vacuumed, and shampooed the trunk as well. They cleaned every nook and cranny. I will absolutely use them again.

I was happy with the exterior detail job. The interior left me less than impressed. Animal hairs were left on the front seat, the rubber door seals were left all splattered with white residue, the radio console still had a strip of build up on it, the fabric seats still had spots that were missed (about 5), the upholstery door panels still had spots. It was significantly cleaner after the interior detail but not what I would call showroom condition. The interior rugs were left spotless.

There was some stains in the seats that I thought would never be able to get out but they were able to do it. Also they came to my house to do the job which was very convenient for me. All in all I must say they did a very good job a detailing the inside of my truck. Was a little disappointed with small crevices such as around seat controls still had dirt in them. They could have done little better. I was able to go around the inside of my truck and clean those areas in about 5 minutes and so could they have done the same.

I wanted to get my vehicle detailed and decided to go with My Detail Guys after reading tons of positive reviews online. Took my vehicle up to their shop on a Saturday and it was off from the beginning. When I first arrived, the guy who greeted asked me what I was there for and I told him I had an appointment for 10:00. He took the keys and just over an hour later he came back and started writing up the ticket as if he were done. No way a full detail job takes just an hour. He thought I was there for just the interior. He had to call someone to get it straightened out. About 2 hours later, they said they were done, I paid my bill, and went out to check out the job they did. It was not good. I started pointing out some spots they had missed, but the more I looked at it, I realized that the job they did was so poor, that they really needed to just start over and do it all again. I'm talking bug guts still on the grill and windshield, dirt still on windows, the wheel wells still covered in dirt, dirt in the crevices on the exterior, the doors were streaky, they didn't even touch the back hatch, spots still on the headliner, dust and gunk still under the instrument panels. To say it was a poor job is an understatement. I was pretty annoyed and realized that if I asked them to start over, I'd be there another 3 hours on a Saturday, so I just decided to take off and I'd call the manager. I drove home, took a ton of photos of the car and went on the My Detail Guys Facebook page and left a message on their along with some of the photos. A few hours later, I got a call from the owner apologizing for the job that her employees had done and wanting to set up a time to have someone come out to my house and make it right.
We sat up a time for Tuesday morning and the difference was night and day. I got a call from the guys letting me know when they'd be arriving, they were courteous, and took of my vehicle. They did an amazing job on my car. Interior looks almost brand new. The exterior looks great.
Would have given them 5 Stars if they had just done the work right the first time.

I got the basic interior detail plus odor bomb and it was worth every penny. Car was in terrible shape before and they got it looking almost brand new. It had been over a year since I had the interior of my car detailed and it was really showing it. My car has cream leather interior and shows just about everything but I had gotten lazy with taking care of it and cleaning up after my dog and I. 2nd attempt is off again
Contacted after poor review, another opportunity to correct removal of black algae (charged extra $6 a foot). Received a call from Raymond and told him that I took my boat out so I didn't think it was fair for him to do the whole boat again, just get the black algae off the bottom. After getting home from work, I crawled under the boat, noticed immediately that the large portions had been removed (chemical) but there are still small pin spots of algae on the hull. I licked my finger and rubbed approximately 3 times and the spots were coming off. I'm not slamming anyone but I feel like these guys are trying to get in and get out as fast as possible. Everyone has been friendly and made they're appointments. My problem is the lack of attention to "detail" and that is what I thought I was paying for. I am hoping they return the extra money charged for the algae removal but I think either way I will have to find another service. If I went out on second call after a complaint (photos sent to the office), I would not have left that job until it was 100%.

I contacted My Detail Guys last week for a full detail of my 2010 Dodge Charger Police Car. I was scheduled fast and the detail team arrived on time. Once the detail was done with the car, I was in shock at how well they detailed it. My Detail Guys, took a six year old car and made it look like new again. Several places have "detailed" the inside in the past but were never able to remove the dirt in the carpets and seats as well as My Detail Guys did. Don't go buy a new car, have these professional top of the line guys come to your house or business and make your car new again.

I called less than 24 hours before I needed the inside of 2 vehicles detailed. Booking was easy and Sebastian and Isaias arrived right on time. They were very pleasant to work with and did a fabulous job on two very dirty vehicles. I was surprised with how quick they were in and out! I will certainly be using these guys again.

Sebastian and Isaias came to the house and did my wife's care and mine also. They were right on time and did a tremendous job on the cars. They look incredible. Arrived precisely on time and did a great job on both our old car and our new one. Instead of the usual team of one worker and a know-nothing assistant, this team had two men who were experienced and knowledgeable and actually interested in doing a good job. truck was well-equipped with a wide variety of tools and cleaners. I will hire them again.

Huge Time Saver
I saw their truck in my neighborhood and decided to give this company a try. I have tried for years to find a reliable car wash that does the job right the first time, and had finally found one. The problem is I still had to schedule a day around getting my car washed. These guys do the job right the first time, are punctual (usually a little early) and come to me on my schedule. The guys are professional and courteous. This is a great service and a great company and I strongly recommend it.

Sebastian does a very good job of calling and keeping me informed about them being early, on time or sometimes late. I am happy with my every other week schedule washing my truck as well as my semi annual wax. They always do,a very nice job and I hope we can continue our relationship.

Read till the end!!! They definitely changed my mind!!! My first impression was, Very unprofessional....the woman who answers the phone is extremely rude. I woke up at 6:45 am on my only day off for an appointment at 7am. I had to call at 15 after to see if they were still coming. She returned my call saying they had car trouble and would be 30 minutes late. After and hour later I texted her that "This is kind of rediculous,I'll find somone else to clean it." She would not stop texting me afterwards with very rude and repetitive responses followed by a very smart a** apology. She tried to make me feel bad by saying her guy got second degree burns, yet he was still coming to clean my car... I responded by saying that it's not about my car being cleaned at precisely 7am, but how she handled her business. Id rather you call me to cancel so that he could get medical attention,forget the appointment but at least let me know.
However,a few days after my post,the manager contacted me personally apologizing and wanted to offer a complimentary detailing. They were pretty booked and didn't have anything that got my schedule. He went out of his way to fit me in at a time that was convenient for me. Astor the car...it looks BRAND NEW!!!. They must have literally gotten every single piece of lent,dust spec,fringed print, and ALL the glitter out of my trunk from a pinterest project! Lol (there was a ton). Not only did he detail the inside, (which was all I was going to do initially but also all I was expecting) they cleaned the outside as well!!! I've never seen my car look so good! Not since I initially purchased... I would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again!

The My Guys did a great job on the out side and a good job on the inside shapooing the carpet. The only thing the guys missed was cleaning the inside of the windows. The inside windsheild was not cleaned. Over all great job.

I had My detail guys do a "full detail" on my 2013 Focus ST. I was slightly disappointed when I still found dirt around my trunk area and stains that were completely ignored on the interior. It had obviously been rushed. I called back and thy sent a better crew out to take care of these issues the next day. The second crew took their time to clean the interior and paid special attention to detail. I was highly satisfied with the work Michael and Easy did on my car. I will recommend them to my enthusiast friends. If it wasn't for their willingness to make things right, I wouldn't have altered my review.

I live in Cleburne Texas, and called these guys this morning to see if they could come out and detail the inside of my car after having a dog and three kids in my car. I haven't had it detailed the entire time I have owned this car and I am telling you, they did a PHENOMINAL job! It looks like it did when I left the dealership with it! I am so pleased, and the fact that they made the extra effort to come to me the same day I requested them is even more amazing! GREAT COMPANY, I WILL do work with these guys again and tell everyone I know of them!!!
